Celebrating SunCoast Market Co-op's Grand Opening

Happy Grand Opening, SunCoast Market Co-op!

SunCoast Market Co-op celebrated their Grand Opening on Saturday, January 31, 2026 with more than 1,500 member-owners and their entire community of supporters!

Located in Imperial Beach, CA, about 20 minutes from downtown San Diego, this full-service co-op grocery store is the product of at least 10 years of planning, organizing and fundraising.

Inside the store, there’s fresh produce, a salad bar, a hot bar, deli grab and go items, baked goods and more. Following their Grand Opening, SunCoast Market plans to stock more locally grown produce and products made in the region.

Store hours are 7 am to 9 pm daily and the co-op is open to the public.
