Join us for an overview of the newly launched Food Co-op Development Framework with FCI's director of programming, JQ Hannah!
In this session, created to meet the needs of active startup food co-op organizers, we'll cover the four main areas of the Framework: Vision, Stages, Resources, and Areas of Work and how they fit together to give your startup food co-op the scaffolding it needs to build it's path to one day being a successful, established food co-op.
Note: this session will be 90 minutes long to allow for the size of the topic. TA providers and other professionals are welcome to sit in, keeping in mind that all Q&A time will be reserved for those actively serving in leadership of an actively organizing startup food co-op.
