FCI Live: Using Visual Timelines

Visual timelines lay out for your owners and community what the steps are to opening the store, where your co-op is in the process, and what has to happen next. These tools help you "take your owners with you" in the process and help them understand what it takes to build their cooperative. But what what is highlighted in a public-facing timeline needs to be different than the detailed internal timeline - so what should go on it? And how/where do we use the visual timeline tool for the best impacts? We'll cover all this in the session and unveil a new, easy-to-use FCI template for building your co-op's own visual timeline.
