Umbrellas up! When the pandemic hit, the deli department had already been stormy-weather prone, and it hasn't gotten any easier. At the same time, it's a critical department for setting your co-op's competitive advantage and keeping your co-op's future sunny. We’ll talk about what’s driving the deli storm front in the industry, the outlook for the future, and some strategies for weathering it.
